Sì, è possibile proporre lo svolgimento del workshop in una sede diversa da Monitor P, purché la scelta sia adeguatamente motivata e compatibile con il budget previsto dalla call. Tuttavia, è preferibile che il workshop si svolga presso la sede della Casa dell’Architettura, al fine di favorire un maggiore coinvolgimento dei partecipanti nelle attività della programmazione di CONTEMPORANEA attualmente in corso.
Si precisa inoltre che le attività che dovranno necessariamente svolgersi presso lo spazio Monitor P sono le conferenze e la mostra finale, comprensiva della restituzione pubblica degli esiti del workshop.
Il candidato può interpretare liberamente il tema “Contaminazioni” o deve attenersi a indicazioni precise?
Al candidato è richiesto di presentare un tema di ricerca a sua scelta su cui sviluppare un programma curatoriale della durata di tre mesi (da aprile a giugno), comprensivo di almeno un workshop, due conferenze e una mostra finale.
Il tema dovrà rientrare, nella libera interpretazione del candidato, all’interno dell’argomento scelto per il primo anno della rassegna CONTEMPORANEA: Contaminazioni.
È possibile partecipare con un raggruppamento/ collettivo?
Si, è possibile partecipare sia singolarmente che in gruppo.
Nel palinsesto si devono indicare esattamente i giorni del workshop, delle conferenze e della mostra finale?
Si, ma la proposta selezionata dovrà poi essere allineata al calendario della casa dell’architettura.

Yes, it is possible to propose holding the workshop in a venue other than Monitor P, provided that the choice is adequately justified and compatible with the budget outlined in the call. However, it is preferable that the workshop take place at the Casa dell’Architettura in order to encourage greater engagement of participants with the ongoing activities of the CONTEMPORANEA programme.
Please note that the conferences and the final exhibition — including the public presentation of the workshop outcomes — must necessarily be held at the Monitor P space.
Can the candidate freely interpret the theme “Contaminations”, or must it follow specific requirements?
The candidate is required to present a research topic of their choice on which to develop a three-month curatorial programme (from April to June), including at least one workshop, two conferences and a final exhibition.
The proposed theme should relate to the overarching topic of the first year of the programme CONTEMPORANEA: Contaminations, which may be interpreted freely by the candidate.
Is it possible to apply as a group or collective?
Yes, applications may be submitted either individually or as a group/collective.
Does the programme proposal need to specify the exact dates of the workshop, lectures, and final exhibition?
Yes, the proposal should indicate the proposed dates for the workshop, lectures, and final exhibition.
However, the selected project will subsequently be aligned with the Casa dell’Architettura’s official calendar.
